Get Started, 24/7 Support, and How We Work

Get Started

So how can we kick-off a project for you?

It all starts with an email or phone call where we can scope in the deliverables, budget, and timeline. Between myself, my team of remote contractors, and larger local manufacturing shops, we can help you get your project done.

Every job and client is different. I want to tailor our services to what works best for us both. Here are the ways we typically work:

24/7 Support

We offer around the clock machining and engineering support for Premium clients and projects. This is for ya’ll who need that part welded at 3 in the morning to keep your machine running, or fishing dimensions for a tool LIH.

If you are a new client just give me a call and I’ll do my best to help. This work is generally billed hourly.

Engineering Project Work

We can work off of a SOW (Scope of Work) or help you create one, providing a full project bid with timeline, budget and deliverables. Projects are generally invoiced at 30% upfront, at set milestones, and the final percentage paid at delivery.

We’ll quickly nail down all the details of a project and provide a detailed quote. We provide weekly updates on progress so you’ll make sure we are on track and can address any concerns.

Hourly Contracting

We offer competitive, tiered rates for general engineering team work. We provide prompt updates on progress of our efforts, and are available for part-time on-site work at your office or location. We can integrate with your existing team or provide a fully boxed-up team of remote engineers and draftsmen to help you out in our variety of fields of expertise.

Manufactured Parts

Standard quotes are provided for turn-key parts. Send your RFQ with desired timeline and models or drawings. We aim to return quotes in less than 48 hours, and appreciate feedback if our prices don’t align with your expectations.

Prototype manufacturing is performed with a “best estimate” cost, billed at actual rates agreed upon beforehand. This type of work is usually associated with larger design or NPD projects with ongoing billable hours.
